DANCEPL3Y PRESCHOOL
The DANCEPL3Y Preschool program, designed for children ages 3-5, focuses on the development of physical literacy and Fundamental Movement Skills, which are the ABCs of healthy growth and development. Kids explore a variety of dance genres through imaginative and engaging story lines that take them around the world as they develop musicality, social skills and confidence with movement!

DANCEPL3Y KIDS
DANCEPL3Y KIDS is a dance and physical literacy program for children ages 6-12. These high-energy classes promote positive mental health through the 3 Rules of PL3Y: Be Positive. Be Fun. Be Yourself. Kids love learning simple moves from a variety of styles – Hip Hop, Urban, Ballroom, Bollywood, Lyrical, Jazz/Funk as they move, play and get interACTIVE with their peers.

YOGAPL3Y PRESCHOOL
YOGAPL3Y Preschool is specifically designed to meet the developmental level of children ages 3-5. Our interACTIVE classes include weekly yoga themes that are play-based and focus on developing a mind-body connection, as well as teach foundational life skills for social-emotional learning. YOGAPL3Y Preschool classes provide a combination of movement and stillness in a FUN and safe environment where preschoolers can create positive relationships with peers and gain a healthy sense of self.

YOGAPL3Y KIDS
YOGAPL3Y KIDS is a physical literacy and mindfulness program where kids ages 6-12 PLAY with yoga poses, movements and breath. Kids get active through a variety of yoga and mindfulness activities that build flexibility, strength, balance, coordination and focus. This unique and interACTIVE program fosters social emotional learning and inspires kids to connect to themselves, each other and the world.
