COURSE REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registration Procedure
All individual registrations must be completed online at www.pl3yinc.com. Should an individual choose to register via email registration must be sent to registration@pl3yinc.com and payment arrangements made prior to the event.
Implication of Registration
By processing any payment with PL3Y INTERNATIONAL Inc., registrants understand and acknowledge that they will be participating in physical activity. It is the registrants’ responsibility to inform the PL3Y Program Master Trainer of any injuries or conditions that would prevent them from safely participating in moderate levels of physical activity.
Trademark Use Requirements
By participating in the training course, registrants understand and acknowledge that they must maintain an active membership status to the PL3Y Instructor Membership Program in order to teach PL3Y Program choreography and/or use the trademarked PL3Y Program brand. Membership Subscription Fees are processed independently of training service fees.
Choreography and Intellectual Property
Instructor acknowledges that the manual, music, notes, apparel, video and any additional training materials supplied by PL3Y INTERNATIONAL Inc. are proprietary in nature. Instructor agrees to neither copy, reproduce nor disclose to any third party any of the material contained therein, except that the Instructor may while a member of PL3Y Instructor Membership Program use the music and exercise content when teaching a PL3Y Program. All the PL3Y Program videos and trainer contents are copyrighted and watermarked with specific user information which can be tracked for protection. Removal of these watermarks or alterations to the contents of any kind is prohibited by law. Any use of these contents, other than those specified above, are subject to penalties and sanctions detailed in provincial and federal copyright infringement laws. Instructor agrees not to use the PL3Y Program choreography when teaching any other class or workout other than the PL3Y Program for which it was created to be used.
Registration Requirements
To register for a PL3Y Program Training Course, participants are required to pay in full, or process a minimum 50% deposit towards the instructor training course. This registration payment includes a $75CAD non-refundable administrative fee.
Certification Deadlines
By processing any payment with PL3Y INTERNATIONAL Inc., registrants understand and acknowledge that they will be receiving training services during an in-person course, or virtual instruction via an online course. In both instances, participants are required to watch and learn content through an online portal.
Following the course, it is up to the discretion of the instructor to continue the certification process within 6 months following the course start date. To encourage instructor to complete their certification, the video assessment fees are waived for 6 months following the in-person training course, following the enrolment date in the online instructor training course. PL3Y INTERNATIONAL Inc. does not issue refunds under any circumstance for instructors who fail to complete the certification process within the allocated time.
Registration Fees and Deadlines
When available, participants who register prior to the Early Bird Deadline date will pay the early registration fee. All payments for Early Bird Rate must be received by PL3Y INTERNATIONAL INC. (online or by e-transfer) on or prior to the Early Bird Deadline in order for participant to receive the discounted rate. Participants who register after the advertised Early Bird Deadline date will pay the regular registration fee for the event.
In-Person Course Deferral Policy
Participants can choose to defer their registration from their original course to another, without penalty, before the original course early bird date, in the following ways: 1) defer to another in-person course within 12 months; or 2) transfer their registration to a different participant; or, 3) transfer their registration to an online course. If a participant chooses to defer their registration after the early bird date, a $75CAD non-refundable administration fee will apply.
In-Person Course Cancellation Policy
If a participant cancels their registration before the early bird date, a full refund will be provided, minus a $75CAD non-refundable administration fee. If a participant cancels after the early bird date but up to 14 days prior to the event, a partial refund will be provided, minus a $150CAD non-refundable course withdrawal fee. Refunds will not be issued for participant cancellations within 14 days of the event start date, however a deferral may be possible based on the Deferral Policy above.
“No-Show” Policy
Registrants who do not attend in-person courses (“no-shows") will not be reimbursed. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness, death in the family), PL3Y Inc. may offer the participant a deferral or refund, minus a $75CAD non-refundable administration fee.
Online Course Cancellation Policy
If a participant withdraws their enrolment in an online course within 48 hours of purchase, a full refund without penalty shall be granted. No refunds will be processed after 48 hours of time of purchase, no exceptions.
Online (ON-demand) RESOURCE REFUND Policy
For any online (on-demand) resource, purchasers can receive a full refund with no fees or penalties, within 48 hours of purchase. No refunds will be processed after 48 hours of time of purchase, no exceptions.
Please Note: PL3Y Inc reserves the right to cancel any in-person course or event within 14 days of the start date. In such case, a 100% refund of the registration fees will be provided. PL3Y Inc. shall not be held responsible for any additional incurred costs associated with changing travel plans, deposits or other arrangements made by the participant.
